More Garden Stuff

Double Petunias are pretty awesome! These are called Pirouette and although the wet, cold weather has been rough on them, they're doing their best.

Just had to post this photo of the Prairie Joy rose. What a gorgeous pink colour!

Another shot of the Schitzanthus, now beginning to put on a pretty good show.

Miss Froggy is holding a pot of Nierembergia that have yet to bloom. Hopefully, they will before the summer is over.

We think this combination of Snowland Daisies and Nemophila (Baby Blue Eyes) is just wonderful.

The Pansy Bed is making a comeback with some more sunny weather.

The patio lights are solar powered and provide a nice light when it gets dark - we still have to wait until 11:00 pm to see this.

Another shot of the Godetia.

We got this planter from friends to remember our long-time pet, Joost, the black labrador retriever who we lost a little over a year ago.

The lattice work is copied from a photo we saw in a gardening magazine. We added the pots with Chalon Pansies. The pots are fastened with hangers we picked up at Canada Blooms in Toronto last March.

This purple leafed Loosestrife (Lysimachia ciliata) has recently begun to bloom. A nice addition to the garden. This perennial was sent to us this spring by my sister, and has done very well. We hope it will overwinter.
