Today the redpolls returned. Although we had visits from chickadees over the past weeks, the winter has pretty much been birdless.
Here are a few redpolls at the vertical feeder. Soon they'll be swarming all over the feeding stations in our back yard. It's a sign that spring may actually be on the way. Let's hope.
