We put up a patio umbrella on the partially completed deck. The mitre saw was then closer to the door, out of the rain, and made it easier to go in and out with the door trim and floor moldings.
Even though it is still damp and drizzly, we got started on the stair construction for the deck. Here, wet deck boards are installed on the stair stringers.
The steps on one corner of the deck are completed.
