Construction Update - August 14th

The contractor's work is complete. The final work involved insulating the crawlspace walls, and putting housewrap on the rest of the outside walls.

Over the past two weeks we painted the interior and installed the flooring.

Now, the remaining outside work begins. We will put sand and plastic on the floor of the crawlspace; build the deck; install the siding, soffits and facia boards, and install the final trim.

If time permits before the weather turns against us, we will lay interlocking brick from the gate to the steps leading up to the deck.
