Our stop in Ontario was to take in Dad's birthday celebration. What an event!!! Family members only, a total of 78 people.
Here is the 'man of the hour' cutting the birthday cake.
Our gift to Dad was a carved Tundra Swan by Ned Needham, an Ontario carver who travels to Yukon often to find driftwood. He then carves the birds using butternut wood for the head and neck. The body in this carving is a piece of driftwood from Marsh Lake, Yukon.
