Today the Olympic Torch came to Whitehorse. One of the torch bearers was our famous Ramish Ferris who, last year, hand-cycled across Canada to raise money for the eradication of polio (see: http://www.cycletowalk.com/ ). Here's a photo of him on his hand cycle with the Olympic Torch. Photo by Kevin.
Kevin had the good fortune to talk to Ramish and hold the Olympic Torch. Doesn't the hat add an elegant touch?
Jennifer volunteered for traffic control, and was rewarded with the stylish Olympic toque.
